I am a doctoral-trained, board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), licensed as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) in Washington State. I am dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care. With advanced training in psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment, I collaborate with patients to develop personalized care plans that promote healing, resilience, and overall well-being. I am currently focused on working with adults ages 21 to 55.

As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I take a holistic and patient-centered approach to care. I focus on building therapeutic relationships, conducting thorough assessments, and integrating both medication management and brief psychotherapy to support each individual’s mental health goals. Collaboration, empathy, humor, and evidence-based practice are central to my work.

During the intake appointment, clients can expect a safe, nonjudgmental environment focused on their mental health needs. The session may include discussing current concerns, reviewing medical and psychiatric history, and exploring treatment options such as medication and therapy. I work collaboratively with clients to develop a personalized care plan, provide education, and support their journey toward mental wellness.
