Great to meet you!

Specializing in various mood disorders, trauma, and addiction, I have more than 15 years of experience working with individuals 3 to 73 years of age. I hold a dual Masters from Ohio University and am completing a doctoral degree in Counselor Education and Supervision, all achieved while being a single mother of four children. I am living proof that recovery, overcoming, and finding the right people can take you from brokenness to wholeness!

My approach to therapy

My strong belief that people deserve to be treated as whole individuals, I am intentional to discover the client's world and partner with them to set goals, change behaviors, address symptoms, and walk the journey to wholeness and a client-defined quality of life.

What you can expect from me

During the initial session, clients can expect freedom to ask any questions or acknowledge any hesitations they have regarding starting (or re-starting therapy). We will spend some time getting to know each other along with a history of relevant information in an effort to set preliminary goals.

In following sessions, clients can expect professionalism presented by a genuine therapist who is committed to assisting them in reaching their goals.
