In our first few sessions, we’ll get curious about where you are now and where you want to go. We’ll set goals that feel meaningful to you (not me), and begin building a map toward them. Over time, you’ll likely gain deeper self-awareness, clearer direction, stronger resilience, and tools you can carry into daily life.
