Great to meet you!

Reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, especially when you're already carrying so much on your own. My goal is to provide a warm, supportive space where you can show up as you are, feel heard, and work through life's challenges without fear of judgment.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience supporting adolescents, young adults, adults, and parents. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, ADHD, stress, self-esteem challenges, relationship concerns, and major life transitions. I believe that everyone has strengths, and I enjoy helping clients recognize those strengths while building confidence and resilience.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, strengths-based, and practical. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a partnership, and I strive to create a space where clients feel comfortable being honest, asking questions, and exploring challenges at their own pace.

Together, we will explore what is contributing to your current challenges, identify patterns that may no longer be serving you, and build on the strengths you already have. My goal is to help you develop tools, confidence, and insight so that you can create meaningful and lasting change in your life.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another. My goal is to create a comfortable, welcoming environment where you can share what brings you to therapy and what you hope to gain from the experience.

We'll spend time discussing your current concerns, your strengths, and any goals you may have for therapy. There is no pressure to have everything figured out. The first session is simply the beginning of building a trusting relationship and creating a plan that feels right for you.
