Depression, LGBTQIA+, and Stress

Great to meet you!

I am deeply committed to breaking the stigma surrounding mental health counseling and creating a safe, inclusive space for healing. With a diverse family background and as a proud LGBTQ+ ally and Pagan-friendly therapist, I bring empathy, cultural awareness, and advocacy to my work.

I am an active supporter of social justice, equality, and the Black Lives Matter movement, believing true healing happens when people feel seen, heard, and valued. Outside of therapy, I recharge in nature, camping, enjoying the beach or lake, and traveling. I cherish time with family and friends.

I believe that “Without butterflies, there would be no change”—transformation starts in vulnerability and unfolds into something beautiful. If you're ready to break free, heal, and grow, let's work together to build the life you desire.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My ideal client may feel disconnected and overwhelmed by anxiety, stress, depression, or personal challenges. They seek emotional support, coping tools, and a non-judgmental space where they can reconnect with their true selves. Together, we’ll work toward building empowerment, confidence, and healing, creating a balanced, fulfilling life full of resilience and self-compassion.

I work with adults from all backgrounds, specializing in the LGBTQ+ community, polyamorous relationships, anxiety, attachment, stress, and many other areas. My approach focuses on supporting mental wellness, providing resources, and actively teaching ways to foster self-care. I'm also certified in Ketamine-Assisted Therapy, offering a unique healing approach for those who may benefit from it.

What you can expect from our first session

We all deserve to feel at home and safe in our bodies and minds, and it’s my passion to help others find that sense of peace. Are you in need of flexible counseling? Do you feel stressed, overwhelmed, confused, or frustrated with life? Are you seeking support, guidance, and understanding? Do you feel like you have little support, or no one to talk to or listen? Are you looking to empower yourself and overcome life’s challenges to reach your personal goals? You've come to the right place.

Clients can expect to leave sessions with a greater sense of clarity, self-awareness, and actionable tools for managing life’s challenges. Whether it’s learning how to better cope with anxiety, setting healthy boundaries, improving attachment patterns, or navigating complex relationships, I help guide individuals toward empowerment. For those exploring Ketamine-Assisted Therapy, they may also experience shifts in perspective and emotional healing. Ultimately, clients gain not just immediate support, but practical strategies to carry with them long after the session ends.
