Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) providing telehealth therapy to adults throughout Colorado. I believe healing begins when we become curious about the stories we've been carrying and the experiences that shaped them. My role is to provide a compassionate, collaborative space where you can safely explore those patterns, reconnect with your authentic self, and create lasting change.

I specialize in working with adults experiencing PTSD and complex trauma, developmental and attachment trauma, dissociation, anxiety, depression, substance use and harm reduction, identity exploration, life transitions, grief, chronic health conditions, and LGBTQIA+ concerns. I also support clients interested in integrating insights from plant medicine experiences into their healing.

My practice is trauma-informed, culturally humble, and affirming of people from all identities and backgrounds. I know that beginning therapy takes courage, and I strive to create a space where you feel genuinely seen, respected, and supported.

My approach to therapy

I believe meaningful change happens through authentic connection. Every person's story is unique, so I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, I tailor therapy to your individual needs, goals, and experiences.

Together, we'll explore the beliefs, patterns, and past experiences that may be keeping you feeling stuck while building new ways of relating to yourself and others. I work from a trauma-informed, relational perspective and integrate evidence-based approaches such as EMDR, mindfulness, nervous system regulation, solution-focused therapy, body-based interventions, and addiction-informed care when appropriate.

My style is compassionate, collaborative, and gently challenging. I enjoy working with clients who are ready to move beyond symptom management and explore the deeper roots of their struggles. While healing isn't always linear, you don't have to navigate it alone.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a foundation of trust. We'll talk about what has brought you to therapy, the challenges you're experiencing, what's important to you, and what you hope to gain from our work together.

Rather than feeling like an interrogation, I aim to create a conversation where you can share at your own pace. We'll begin identifying patterns, strengths, and goals while discussing how I can best support you moving forward.

My hope is that you'll leave the first session feeling heard, understood, and with a clearer sense of where we're headed together. Therapy is a collaborative process, and we'll move at a pace that feels both safe and meaningful for you.
