Great to meet you!

Whether you are experiencing a temporary stressor in life, or feeling more consistently overwhelmed, therapy can help you use your discomfort as a catalyst towards growth.

I have been practicing, teaching, and training as a psychologist for 16 years and use evidence-based, holistic (mind-body) treatment modalities. I work with adolescents and adults to engage mind management strategies that help promote healthier behaviors, manage physical and mental-health, and enhance overall well-being.

My approach to therapy

Building rapport is essential, and goodness of fit is imperative. I am sincere, empathetic, and adept at creating a safe place so you may utilize it with purpose. I also use humor and will not shy away from challenging you as the relationship allows.

What you can expect from me

My goal is always insight. It's your insight that will lead you. I will support by aiding you in managing your mind, developing coping strategies, and promoting behavior modification as your journey unfolds.
