I endeavor to provide a positive, open-minded, calm space for you to explore and share your experiences. We always proceed according to your mood and focus. It can be difficult and scary to process and address personal challenges. I commend you for even getting this far. Some sessions can be intense, while others are less so. I draw mostly on traditional psychotherapies such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Humanistic Therapy. Sometimes I also incorporate humor to lighten the outlook or draw attention to impossible expectations or limits we place on ourselves or others.
