Great to meet you!

Hello, I'm Tracy. Everybody experiences times in their lives that are more difficult than others, whether due to major life events, past traumas, or just feeling lost and seeking answers to help decide what path to follow. Unresolved issues may lead to depression, anxiety, anger, or confusion. I believe that everyone can have the life that they want. Sometimes it is as simple as acquiring the tools needed to build a life that includes understanding, insight, acceptance, control, and wellness. Working as a team, we identify issues that are causing disruptions in your life and together set a course of action.

My approach to therapy

I have been honored to work with individuals, couples, and families from all walks of life, experiencing a wide array of issues from different cultures and backgrounds. My practice is rooted in respect, compassion, and professionalism, creating an environment where my clients can achieve their goals and regain a sense of control, stability, and peace.

What you can expect from me

The first session will include information gathering, determining goals for therapy, and ensuring this is a good match in which you feel comfortable and safe. If you're ready to take the next step towards a more fulfilling life, I invite you to reach out. Let's work together to navigate your challenges and find a path to wellness.
