Great to meet you!

I am a licensed marriage and family therapist with a doctoral degree in pastoral counseling. I have worked with clients from many different backgrounds presenting with a variety of concerns, including depression, anxiety, grief, relationship issues, cultural/ethnic concerns, and spiritual questions.

My approach to therapy

My training is psychodynamic, which means, in part, that I seek to pay significant attention to the relationship between the client and myself in order to help gain insight into the client's inner world and motivations.

What you can expect from me

In addition to feeling valued and accepted, it is my hope that those with whom I am in a therapeutic relationship will come to know themselves more fully and live with greater intentionality. I am concerned about the whole person and seek to bring that into every session.
