Great to meet you!

Clients should know that I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where they can show up as their authentic selves. I value building a genuine connection and work collaboratively with clients to help them better understand themselves, develop coping skills, and move toward meaningful change at their own pace.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, client-centered, and tailored to each individual’s needs. I integrate evidence-based practices such as solution-focused techniques, cognitive-behavioral strategies, and person-centered therapy to support clients in building insight, developing coping skills, and creating meaningful change. I believe in meeting clients where they are while gently guiding them toward growth.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other and building a comfortable foundation for our work together. I’ll ask about what brings you to therapy, your goals, and any relevant background information. You’ll also have space to ask questions and share what you’re hoping to get out of therapy. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and with a better sense of what working together will look like.
