Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who takes a compassionate, patient-centered approach to treatment. My care is shaped by both clinical expertise and personal experience, which allows me to understand the challenges of anxiety, depression, trauma, and ADHD on a deeper level. I focus on building a strong therapeutic relationship, creating a space where clients feel safe, heard, and supported. I believe in a balanced, individualized approach that may include medication, lifestyle adjustments, and functional perspectives when helpful. My goal is always to guide clients toward meaningful, sustainable improvements in their mental health.

My approach to therapy

I work with clients using a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental approach, focusing on building a strong therapeutic relationship from the start. My style is grounded in empathy and active listening, and I tailor treatment plans to each individual’s needs and goals. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, and ADHD, and I use a balanced approach that may include medication, lifestyle adjustments, and functional insights when appropriate. My goal is to help clients feel understood, supported, and empowered as they move toward lasting improvement in their mental health.

What you can expect from me

In a first session, clients can expect a calm, supportive environment where they can share their story at their own pace. I take time to understand their symptoms, history, and goals, and I often recommend baseline lab work to identify any medical factors that might be contributing to their mental health symptoms. This helps us create a treatment plan that is thorough, individualized, and evidence-informed. I aim to help clients feel comfortable, heard, and free from judgment, and most leave the session with a clearer sense of direction and the reassurance that they have a partner in their mental health journey.
