My ideal client is in need of supportive medication management services for their mental health needs. Note: I am unable to conveniently provide controlled substances (ie. Adderall) through this service.

I have approximately 20 years of experience working in healthcare in various roles and over 10 years of experience in mental health. I love having the opportunity to work directly with patients on their own personal journey toward healing, feeling more empowered, more regulated and fulfilled.

The approach I take in my clinical services is creating an alliance with my patients and then I closely monitor their level of stabilization and changes with the consistent utilization of psychometrics. I frequently make medication changes to ensure that patients are adequately stabilized for all of life's curve balls and challenges.

A patient can expect to take away a sense of empowerment after their sessions. I believe that we are all shifting identities and your life experiences do not define you at any given moment. I like to I focus on problems as they arise, and only if the client finds it to be a problem. I allow my patients to keep their sense of autonomy as I monitor and gently guide them towards stabilization.
