I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2021 and have over 10 years of social services experience, serving children, families, inmates and victims. I have worked with various disciplines, such as court staff, law enforcement, corrections, medical, social workers, mental health and management.

My approach to therapy

I use my expertise in trauma to support those in need by healing through nurturing approaches. The types of therapy I offer include Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Culturally Sensitive, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-Based (MBCT), Motivational Interviewing, Multicultural, Person-Centered, Solution-Focused Therapy.

What you can expect from me

Client should feel heard, understood and hopeful at the end of our sessions. The goal is to help clients learn about "why I feel this way" and find alternative ways to cope with the emotions.
