Great to meet you!

As a therapist, I am deeply committed to creating a warm, grounded, and compassionate space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered. My work centers on helping individuals navigate depression, anxiety, and the complexities of life transitions with clarity and resilience. I have a special passion for supporting individuals and families through the perinatal journey—including fertility challenges, pregnancy and infant loss, postpartum adjustment, and the emotional shifts that accompany becoming a parent.

My approach to therapy

In addition to perinatal mental health, I support clients with a wide range of general mental health concerns, including chronic stress, relationship issues, self-esteem challenges, and patterns that feel difficult to break. Together, we will explore your strengths, deepen your self-understanding, and build practical strategies that support healing.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to help you reconnect with your inner capacity for growth, balance, and emotional steadiness—so you can move forward with confidence and a renewed sense of self.
