Great to meet you!

Welcome to my practice! I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist specializing in the treatment of anxiety, depression, and women’s issues. I work well with clients who feel overwhelmed by work or family stresses and who struggle with self-doubt, overthinking, and discouragement. I am also passionate about serving Christians and members of the BIPOC community.

My approach to therapy

If you are dealing with high-stress work, family, or life events, I incorporate thoughtful modalities to provide long-lasting tools to live a more fulfilled life. I will help you develop new ways to respond to your thoughts and feelings and move toward your values despite life's hardships or replace unconstructive thoughts with healthy alternatives.

My approach is client-centered and collaborative. This fosters a warm, empathetic, and trusting environment where we can dig deep into life's challenges in a light-hearted way. I’m here to support you in making lasting changes and empowering you to live your fullest life.

What you can expect from me

In sessions, together we will: 1. build a strong therapeutic relationship focused on your growth 2. collaborate on goals, and 3. develop strategies to help you live the life you want.
