Great to meet you!

With the right support and therapeutic strategies, I believe that you can heal, gain inner peace and overcome life's challenges. My 18 years of experience working in nonprofit, private and community health settings have enabled me to effectively treat adults struggling with depression, anxiety, self-acceptance, grief, loss, and just doing daily life. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I am eager to work with individuals of all populations, including the LGBTQ community and other minorities.

My approach to therapy

It is important to me to empower my clients to be their own agents of change when presented with difficulties in life. Based on your unique needs, I use a number of therapeutic modalities that are person-centered, solution-focused, and strengths based. During the therapy process, I will assist you in identifying and drawing upon your own strengths to achieve a sense of acceptance, balance, fulfillment and purpose.

What you can expect from me

As your therapist, I strive to provide compassionate and professional mental health services as well as help you feel at ease during the therapeutic process. Together, you and I will collaborate and develop a mutually agreed upon treatment plan that will focus on your emotional, behavioral, spiritual, and social goals. I am passionate about empowering you with the right therapeutic tools and knowledge to use in your daily life.
