Great to meet you!

I am a Yale University trained and Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with over ten years of experience working in the field of mental health. I believe in a holistic and client-centered approach to psychiatric mental health care. In addition to evidenced-based psychiatry and medication management, we will review supplements, vitamins, and other complementary approaches as part of your mental health treatment.

My approach to therapy

I work with clients from 13 years of age and up who are struggling with mood and anxiety disorders, ADHD, PTSD, OCD, sleep disorders, eating disorders, psychotic disorders, and personality disorders. I am particularly passionate about working with ADHD in adulthood, depression/anxiety, perinatal/postpartum individuals, and the LGBTQ+ community.

What you can expect from me

Navigating life’s obstacles and its ups and downs can be hard, but you don’t have to do it alone. There is hope. You and I will work together, as a team, to improve your symptoms and quality of life. I look forward to working with you on your journey towards mental wellness.
