Relationship Issues

Great to meet you!

I have been working with individuals, couples, and families for over 12 years. I thoroughly enjoy collaborating with my clients and discovering solutions to the barriers that they are facing. Some of those barriers may include relationship distress, depression, anxiety, recent loss, stage of life transition, etc. My goal is to provide a safe and judgment-free space so that we can collaborate and discover solutions together. I look forward to meeting you!

A bit about my approach to therapy

I operate from a relational and systemic lens. I believe that all systems impact our overall well-being. I like to explore the barriers that exist within those systems and how to best navigate them with you.

Therapeutic models and approaches that I often utilize include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused, and Trauma-Informed Care.

What you can expect from our first session

My hope is that we can collaborate together, identify challenges and solutions together.
