Great to meet you!

I am a dedicated mental health therapist passionate about helping individuals navigate life's challenges with resilience and confidence. I specialize in working with adults over the age of 18 and college students, but I have worked with all ages. I believe that every person possesses the inner strength to overcome obstacles and achieve their full potential, and I am committed to being your guide on this transformative journey.

My approach to therapy

I believe in the power of collaboration and empathy. I work to create a warm, non-judgmental space where clients can openly explore their thoughts, feelings, and concerns. I utilize an integrative approach, pulling from a variety of modalities to provide you with the best tools possible. I do find that I most enjoy incorporating mindfulness, meditation, and other experiential tools.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will spend time getting to know one another and finding specific goals you may want to work on. If you are struggling to identify these goals, we will explore this more deeply through conversation. As we move forward, I typically allow the session to flow organically. I will follow up where needed and allow you to discuss what you feel deserves space in session. We will work together to find solutions, tools, and skills that will work best for you.
