Great to meet you!

Life can feel exhausting when anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or the effects of difficult experiences begin to impact your daily life. You may find yourself feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, stuck in unhealthy patterns, or struggling to make sense of emotions that seem too heavy to carry alone. I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, relationship concerns, women's issues, grief and loss, stress, panic disorders, identity concerns, and family conflict. My style is warm, open-minded, and infused with humor when appropriate because I believe therapy should feel like a place where you can be yourself without fear of judgment. Together, we'll create a space where you can process life's challenges, deepen your understanding of yourself, and begin building healthier ways of coping so you can move forward with greater confidence and hope.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that healing involves caring for both the mind and body. I draw from Humanistic Therapy, Somatic Therapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), Narrative Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) to tailor treatment to each person's unique experiences and goals. Together, we may explore how past experiences have shaped current struggles, identify patterns that no longer serve you, and develop practical tools to manage anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and relationship difficulties. I strive to create an environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes. Whether you're navigating grief, panic attacks, family issues, identity concerns, sleep difficulties, or PTSD, therapy is designed to help you strengthen self-awareness, improve emotional regulation, and reconnect with the life you want to live.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm, supportive, and accepting environment where you are encouraged to show up exactly as you are. I value authenticity and believe healing happens when people feel safe enough to explore difficult emotions and experiences without judgment. Therapy is a great place to cuss, cry, and process difficult situations while celebrating victories and healthy behavior. Throughout our work together, I will support you in building healthier coping skills, strengthening relationships, and gaining greater confidence in yourself and your decisions. As therapy progresses, many clients experience reduced stress, improved emotional balance, healthier boundaries, and a deeper sense of self-understanding. My hope is that you leave therapy feeling more empowered, connected, and equipped to navigate life's challenges with resilience and hope.
