Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming when you're carrying anxiety, navigating depression, managing stress, healing from trauma, or working through relationship challenges. I work with individuals, families, and adolescents experiencing anxiety, depression, stress management, relationship issues, and trauma, while also supporting concerns related to family conflict, OCD, PTSD, grief and loss, substance use, identity exploration, women's issues, LGBTQIA+ experiences, cultural and ethnic concerns, end-of-life care, and the emotional impact of physical health conditions. My goal is to create a space where you feel respected, heard, and understood as we work together toward meaningful change. Whether you're facing a recent challenge or have been struggling for years, I believe therapy can help you build resilience, strengthen relationships, and move toward a life that feels more balanced and fulfilling.

My approach to therapy

I tailor therapy to your unique needs by drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Family Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Attachment-Based Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and a strength-based approach. Together, we'll explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck while building practical skills to manage difficult emotions, improve communication, strengthen relationships, and navigate life's challenges with greater confidence. I believe lasting growth happens when therapy feels collaborative, supportive, and focused on your personal goals, allowing us to move at a pace that feels comfortable while celebrating progress along the way.

What you can expect from me

When we work together, you can expect a compassionate, nonjudgmental environment where you can show up exactly as you are. I strive to make therapy feel like a partnership, giving you the space to share openly while offering guidance, encouragement, and evidence-based tools to support your growth. My hope is that you'll leave each session feeling heard, empowered, and better equipped to navigate challenges with confidence, knowing you don't have to face them alone.
