I work with individuals, families, and adolescents experiencing anxiety, depression, stress management, relationship issues, and trauma, while also supporting concerns related to family conflict, OCD, PTSD, grief and loss, substance use, identity exploration, women's issues, LGBTQIA+ experiences, cultural and ethnic concerns, end-of-life care, and the emotional impact of physical health conditions. My goal is to create a space where you feel respected, heard, and understood as we work together toward meaningful change.
