Great to meet you!

Heal, Grow & Move Forward

Welcome! Embarking on a journey of self-exploration and self-improvement through the process of therapy is a profound experience. I am honored to have an opportunity to work together with you to help you meet your personal goals for change.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I enjoy working collaboratively with individuals who are seeking healing and change. Anxiety, depression, relationship issues, alcohol use/misuse, working with families/partners who have a loved one experiencing issues with addiciton, health challenges including diagnosis of diabetes or other chronic medical conditions are all areas where I can be most effective working with clients.

What you can expect from our first session

My approach is to facilitate a discovery process for clients to better understand what they need in order to heal, grow & move forward with their lives. Upon completion, clients have a new way to approach future difficulties that inevitably arise in life.
