Great to meet you!

I am a licensed mental health counselor and clinical supervisor with specialized education in gerontology—the study of aging—and a passion for helping adults and older adults navigate life’s transitions with clarity, purpose, and connection. I earned my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from PennWst California and have provided care, education, and training across medical, mental health, case management, adult protective services, assisted living, and rehabilitation settings. In my private practice, I work with individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, chronic illness, relationship challenges, and existential concerns, with specialized focus in neurodiversity-affirming care for adults and older adults, including ADHD, Autism, and AuDHD. I also support couples navigating the evolving dynamics of long-term relationships, neurodivergent partnerships, and later-life transitions in an affirming, inclusive space, including LGBTQ+ affirming care.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that growth and healing can happen at every stage of life. I draw from evidence-based practices while integrating principles from adult development, neurodiversity-affirming care, and existential therapy to help clients better understand themselves, their relationships, and the transitions they are facing. Together, we create a space where you can explore lifelong patterns, build practical strategies, deepen self-acceptance, and move toward greater clarity, connection, and purpose.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to create a warm, affirming, and nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable sharing your story at your own pace. During our first meeting, we’ll explore what brings you to therapy, the challenges you’re facing, your personal history, and the strengths that have helped you navigate life so far. Together, we’ll begin identifying patterns, clarifying goals, and creating a path forward that feels meaningful, practical, and aligned with who you are—whether you’re navigating aging, neurodivergence, relationship changes, grief, or simply trying to better understand yourself.
