Great to meet you!

My name is Dr. Warren Bowles III, and I founded Revolutionary Psychology after 10 years working within the VA healthcare system, where I developed a strong passion for helping Veterans. I’ve always told my clients, “It’s my job to come up with a game plan that works so you can reach your personal goals, it’s not your job to get on board with my game plan.” Together, we’ll focus on building a plan that works for you. You’ll get out of treatment whatever you put into it, with the goal of developing a life filled with purpose and value at the center of the services we provide.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) interspersing Motivational Interviewing techniques to collaboratively guide people towards identifying and resolving their own personal goals for treatment. I feel this approach is empowering and works well with Veterans to encourage and support their needs in a way that guides treatment in a way that feels organic, yet helpful without being overly directive.

What you can expect from me

I aim to form a genuine, collaborative relationship with Veterans through asking open-ended questions that identify specific objectives for treatment. My hope is to make treatment feel like a collaborative conversation yields real solutions.
