Great to meet you!

In my educational experience I have gained theoretical knowledge learning appproaches that I and the client can utilize to help them challenge any isue that they are attempting to work on. In my office I do not have degrees on my wall because I do not feel that demonstration of my academic background is more important that what the client is coming to see me about. I have other pictures on the walls of my ofice that reflect people who have meaning in my life. I enjoy research and I take the time to listen to clients and then through my education I research my thoughts and feelings to make sure that the treatment plan that I and the client work on is specific to the needs of the client based on evidenced based practice. I enjoy working with people and I believe that no problem is insignificant if IT is affecting the clients life causing difficulty in their activities of daily living.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is based on what the clients goals are and the collaborative cooperative relationship we develop to support the client in attaining their goals to maintain emotional well-being

What you can expect from our first session

I would lke the client to feel that their experience with me as their therapist was a cooperative collaborative relationship that help them to learn and apply improved coping skills and strategies in their lives to maintain their emotional well-being.
