Great to meet you!

I have been a care giver for over 20 years, first as a registered nurse and now as an LMHC. I enjoy walking with my clients as they discover and cultivate their own resilience. I prefer a researched based approach and like to use multiple modalities based on what each client finds helpful to progress. All therapy takes place within the relationship I build with my client. I look forward to seeing if I can be helpful to you in what ever you are trying to move through.

My approach to therapy

I use a somatic based approach to therapy while also borrowing techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectic Behavior Therapy, and a Family Systems approach to therapy.

What you can expect from me

It is my goal that you will feel heard and never judged. You can expect me to reflect what you share with me and experience a regulated approach to pulling apart the narratives you describe that are informing your life choices. You can expect mutual respect and honesty. I will check in with you regarding your goals for therapy. I will frequently circle back to the reason you sought therapy in the first place.
