Great to meet you!

You've built a life that looks successful from the outside. You're high-achieving, self-aware, maybe even the person everyone else comes to. But something feels off — a low-grade tension that never quite releases, or a version of yourself you've lost access to somewhere along the way. You might be a professional in finance, law, or tech. You might be queer, neurodivergent, or both. You've probably tried to think your way out of this. It hasn't worked. You're not broken. You're carrying something that deserves more than a checklist.

My approach to therapy

I work with high-achieving adults, LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent individuals, and professionals navigating identity, anxiety, burnout, and the gap between how they appear and how they feel. My approach is psychodynamic and relational . We go to the root, not just the symptom.

What you can expect from me

Sessions here are private, rigorous, and genuinely attuned to your story. I will not tell you what you want to hear. I'll help you figure out what you actually think. If that sounds like what you've been looking for, reach out for a consultation.
