I work with individuals and couples as they seek to connect with their own purpose and meaning as well as with others. Navigating the challenges of life, relationships and faith is no easy task. Every person comes to counseling for reasons that are unique and it is a privilege to work with those striving to blaze a new path forward.

I have an existential approach that helps people identify and connect with the meaning and purpose of their lives.

In the first session we will work to understand the meaning you have given to your life and explore how that can be clarified and turned into an instrument for change and forward motion.
