Great to meet you!

Welcome.

I am a clinical psychotherapist who holds a master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.

I primarily treat individuals, and specialize in OCD, anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, trauma/C-PTSD, grief, spiritual/religious issues, existential issues, and integration of non-ordinary states of consciousness.

I have received additional education/training in meditation, emotional intelligence, mindfulness, and yoga.

My approach to therapy

My approach to psychotherapy is collaborative, humanistic, & holistic.

My work is grounded in values that prioritize empathy, understanding, authenticity, belonging, respect, humor, patience, & presence.

My therapeutic stance is shaped by over 15 years of a meditation practice as well as my trainings in emotional intelligence, mindfulness, and advanced yogic practices.

What you can expect from me

I aim to first create a space of trust & respect where clients feel secure & supported in where they are.

Next, I work to find a rhythm between being encouraging & challenging. I balance the support one needs to move forward and pair that with challenges to help people not stay stuck or trapped in blindspots.

Ultimately, I am trying to help my clients live a life of authenticity, self-determination, and wisdom so they can confidently and creatively respond, rather than react, to life's happenings.
