Great to meet you!

I am a PMHNP-BC dedicated to offering a safe space where you can speak openly and feel truly heard. My focus is simple: understanding what you’re going through, helping ease what feels heavy, and supporting you as you regain emotional balance.

I work with child, adolescents and adults facing anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood changes, difficult experiences, and stress. Beyond any diagnosis, I care about getting to know you as a person—what worries you, what hurts, and what you hope to achieve in this process.

My style is straightforward, clear, and practical. Together we build a plan that fits your life, your goals, and your pace. You’re not alone in this; my role is to help you feel better and function better day to day.

As a bilingual provider (English/Spanish), I value culturally sensitive care. I know that feeling understood is essential, so I take the time to listen to your story and tailor treatment to your needs and experiences.

My goal is for you to feel supported, encouraged, and equipped with real tools to move toward greater stability, clarity, and confidence in your mental health journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is simple: I listen, I understand, and we work together. I believe people make real progress when they feel heard, respected, and actively involved in their treatment. I take the time to learn your story—your experiences, challenges, and strengths—so we can create a plan that truly fits your life and your goals.

I use an evidence‐based approach that blends thoughtful medication management with practical, supportive strategies you can use every day. My focus is not just on reducing symptoms, but on helping you feel more stable, confident, and capable in your daily life.

I have a special interest in treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and stress‐ or trauma‐related concerns. As a bilingual provider (English/Spanish), I’m committed to culturally sensitive care and creating a safe, judgment‐free space where you can be open and authentic.

At the end of the day, treatment is a partnership. We move forward side by side—toward clarity, balance, and meaningful progress.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect their first session to feel welcoming, supportive, and focused on understanding their story. My priority is to create a safe, judgment‐free space where you can talk openly about what brought you in and what you hope to improve.

We’ll spend time discussing your current concerns, your emotional and physical health history, lifestyle factors, and any past treatments. I also want to understand your strengths, stressors, and personal goals so that the care we build together truly fits you.

From there, we’ll start shaping a clear treatment plan—this may include medication options (if appropriate), practical coping strategies, and goals like improving mood, reducing anxiety, enhancing focus, or restoring daily functioning. I encourage questions and open conversation so you feel informed and involved every step of the way.

My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, understood, and with a clear direction forward—knowing we’re working together toward meaningful progress.
