Seeking help can be one of the hardest parts, so congratulations on taking that step! Psychologists are doctoral-level tiers and have the highest level of training. One of the advantages is being trained in different modalities allowing us to choose the one that fit best for each client.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy

Everyone has a unique story and personality that deserves an individualized approach to care. Once we decide to work together, we’ll act as partners in your therapeutic journey. It’s important to me that we communicate openly, and you feel respected in our relationship. I’ll be there to listen to you, challenge you, and support you along the way.

What you can expect from me

What you can expect from me

We will start with an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. We’ll work together to establish your goals. I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling secure. From there, we’ll work together in the sessions that follow to make your goals a reality while I’m committed to doing my best so you will be able to make them so.
