Great to meet you!

Great to meet you!

Beginning therapy can feel like a big step — and it’s worth acknowledging the courage it takes to start this journey. I've been practicing for 9 years and help clients navigate anxiety, self-doubt, and life changes with curiosity and compassion. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected—to yourself and the life you want to create.

My approach to therapy

I’m guided by the belief that everyone holds the potential for growth, healing, and meaningful change. I draw on Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to help you recognize and shift patterns of thinking and acting that may be holding you back. My style is practical and collaborative, offering you tools that help you feel more empowered. Depending on your needs, I may also integrate other approaches to support your personal goals and growth.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to connect and explore what led you to seek therapy. It’s completely natural to feel a bit nervous, and my aim is to create a space where you can feel safe and listened to. We’ll go at a pace that feels comfortable for you, taking things step by step, and I’ll be there to support and guide you throughout.
