Great to meet you!

I offer individual therapy grounded in an attachment-oriented framework, tailored to support a wide range of mental health concerns and personal challenges. I specialize in supporting individuals and families navigating complex emotional, relational, and medical challenges.

I bring an attachment-based lens to therapy, helping clients explore how past relationships shape their current experiences. In our work together, we’ll explore how the past informs the present, while also focusing on building new, more secure patterns of connection, regulation, and self-understanding.

I’m especially passionate about working with individuals navigating major life transitions, times when questions about identity, purpose, and belonging often surface. I also work closely with those who have experienced childhood trauma or family ruptures, particularly where attachment wounds continue to shape present-day emotions and relationships. I view these early experiences not as fixed narratives, but as opportunities for healing, growth, and transformation.

My approach to therapy

Having focused on an attachment framework, my greatest strength is my attention to the therapeutic relationship. I will aim to make our relationship the safest and most secure you have ever experienced. This will help you replicate that in other relationships. A second strength is that I am a direct therapist. While I am gentle, I do not hesitate to say what needs to be said. I am pursuing AASECT Sex Therapy certification (currently under supervision with Jacqueline Mendez, LMFT, CST, CSTS).
