Great to meet you!

I'm Yu-Ning Lin (Angela), Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. I’m excellently bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese 中文國語. I completed training in UCSF and have practiced as RN for more than a decade. Growing up in an Eastern metropolitan city, I relocated to San Francisco, CA and Manhattan, NYC in my early adulthood to explore Western bicoastal cultures across diverse socioeconomic populations. Clients can expect our session starts from knowing each other, understanding the client's needs and goals. This is a collaborative journey to work through those challenging situations, and grow together.

My approach to therapy

I'm a strong believer of teamwork, including professional relationships between clients and health care providers. I’m an empathetic listener who believes in fully understanding my client in order to customize effective strategies individually.

Let us learn and grow together, side by side on this wonderful journey. No one should be left alone when encountering challenging situations. I found my true passion to work with clients who experience anxiety, depression, PTSD, domestic violence, difficulties with culture adjustment.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect the first session will start from knowing each other, understanding the client's needs and goals. We will also discuss treatment plans and share professional approaches. This is a collaborative effort in which communication and trust are essential.

I’m welcome to meet you soon and can’t wait to grow on this journey together.
