Great to meet you!

Accepting new clients starting May 2025! I hold a Master's degree in Social Work from Fordham University, a post-master's certification in advanced assessment and diagnosing from NYU, and I am licensed in clinical social work in New York. With over a decade of experience, my practice focuses on providing care for all neurotypes, catering to the neurodivergent community, women, and the LGBTQIA+ community.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I specialize in neurodiverse-affirming care, gender-affirming practices, and women's health. My strengths-based approach tailors sessions to your needs and I draw from various evidence-based modalities; whether it's reframing automatic thoughts, practicing mindfulness, connecting past experiences to present struggles, and the power of radical acceptance.

What you can expect from our first session

In sessions with me, you can expect a supportive and affirming environment where we'll work together on those challenges you may be facing. I'm all about helping you develop practical tools that build your resilience, and spark personal growth. You are the expert of your life--I'm just here to offer fresh perspectives that may change how stressors impact you. I'm big on embracing your true self, flaws and all, and celebrating every step of your journey towards self-love and empowerment.
