Great to meet you!

I believe every person is born precious and free. Along the way, life presents challenges that can leave you feeling unfulfilled, unseen, or unsure of how to move forward. That's not a flaw — it's a deeply human experience. And it's exactly what therapy is for.

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a PhD in Social Work, a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, and a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor. I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, addiction, bipolar disorder, and the emotional toll of chronic medical conditions.

What guides my work above all credentials is this: healing happens through relationship — one built on genuine trust, clarity, and care for your whole story.

My approach to therapy

My style is interactive, engaged, and tailored to you. I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches — including CBT, DBT, ACT, Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused strategies — and I integrate spiritually grounded care for those who find meaning in that dimension of life.

What this looks like in practice:

  • Exploring the root causes of pain, not just managing symptoms
  • Understanding the patterns — in thought, behavior, and relationship — that keep you stuck
  • Building practical tools for stability, emotional regulation, and resilience
  • Honoring your role as the driver of your own life
  • Moving toward a life that feels more grounded, balanced, and aligned with who you want to be

I encourage curiosity and self-compassion over judgment and negative self-talk. You already have strength within you. My role is to help you access it.

What you can expect from me

Our first session begins with introductions and moves into the specific challenges that brought you here. By the end, we'll have a clear sense of direction and a tailored plan for the work ahead.

You don't have to navigate this alone. I would be honored to walk alongside you.
