Great to meet you!

I bring both professional expertise and lived experience to my work as a therapist. I am bipolar and have navigated my own journey through psychiatric institutions, giving me deep insight into the challenges and triumphs of living with mental health conditions. Professionally, I have worked in psychiatric residential settings and addiction medicine, which has shaped my understanding of effective, compassionate care.

My personal experiences inspire my passion for creating holistic, mindful approaches to managing complex conditions. By cultivating a stronger connection with my intuition, I have discovered tools and practices that support healing, balance, and resilience, which I bring to my clients. My approach emphasizes transformative living, fostering self-awareness, emotional regulation, and intuitive connection, while integrating Brainspotting, trauma-focused work, sensory tools, and holistic practices.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in trauma-focused care with a holistic, integrative approach, believing that healing engages both mind and body. I use somatic and sensory-based practices, including Brainspotting, sound therapy, aromatherapy, and principles of hypnotherapy, to help clients regulate their nervous systems and gain insight.

Alongside these approaches, I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to examine and reframe unhelpful thought patterns, strengthen emotional regulation, and develop healthier coping strategies.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, my goal is to create a safe and supportive space where you feel heard, validated, and respected. We’ll focus on building rapport and trust, so you can feel comfortable sharing your experiences. Together, we’ll explore what you hope to accomplish in therapy and begin to set the foundation for your healing journey, identifying goals and ways to support your growth, self-awareness, and connection to your intuition.
