I have worked in the mental health field since 2010. I took a four year break from mental health and worked as an RN on cardiac/critical care units to solidify my medical training. In 2021 I graduated from Gonzaga University as a PMHNP. I worked as a provider at a residential treatment center for adolescents and young adults. I have learned that everyone’s experiences with mental health are different and treatments need to be tailor fit for each individual.
I take a comprehensive approach to your psychiatric needs. Our first meeting will be about 60 minutes. During that time, I will review your physical and mental health history. I will be attentive to your concerns and work with you to develop a plan for treatment.
I am committed to helping you achieve your mental heal goals. I understand that each person is unique and faces different challenges in life. I will work to partner with you and provide a plan that focuses on your strengths, values, and aspirations, and work on medication management, as well as developing coping skills and resilience.
