Great to meet you!

I wanted to be a social worker and a therapist because I had some of my own who were awful, and I had some who were awesome. I've worked with older adults, people who have disabilities, young people in after school programming and harm reduction shelters, people in recovery from drugs and alcohol, and in community mental health. I am very trauma informed and I try to find as many free resources as I possibly can to help my clients solve their problems.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am passionate about helping people turn pain from the past into power for the future. Practicing good self-care can seem so secondary when we must juggle school with employment with caring for loved ones and keeping up with housework. Together we will use coping skills, de-cluttering, and time management to put yourself first and improve productivity.

What you can expect from our first session

I hope to make you laugh while we create the powerful changes you want, need, and deserve.

If I had a penny for my thoughts, I’d be a millionaire. Shadrach - Beastie Boys.
