Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Zoe, I've worked in a variety of mental health settings, from community mental health to college campus mental health, from primary care to perinatal work. In my private practice I work with a wide range of clients who are all interested in deep healing around what holds them back from increased pleasure, purpose and connection. I believe in the power of supportive listening and facilitation as we explore shedding protective layers and welcome back parts that have been pushed aside.

My approach to therapy

Hi, I’m a therapist who helps people navigate life’s transitions with more clarity, connection, and self-compassion. I specialize in working with anxiety, life changes, neurodiversity, relationships, and new or expecting parents. My approach is collaborative, and down-to-earth.

What you can expect from me

My clients typically come in feeling stuck and both needing and fearful of change, and report being surprised by the amount we laugh in session. We create a container for coming home to yourself.
