Great to meet you!

When we find ourselves struggling with a relationship, life choice, job difficulties, or other challenges, it helps to have some guidance to find the path that works best for each of us. I have been licensed as a therapist since 2008 and have developed an approach in working with individuals, couples and families, to help guide clients in achieving their goals and explore solutions to life's challenges. Whether difficulties are around how to help your child or teen get navigate obstacles and learn healthy ways to cope with stress; finding one's way through a rough patch in a relationship, or issues that come with supporting special needs, I work with each person through an eclectic approach to build a safe therapeutic relationship.

I have a wide breadth of experience in working with adults and children, couples and families with special needs children. I've had extensive experience with autism and ADHD; anxiety, domestic issues, and PTSD, among other issues.

I look forward to partnering with you to help you meet your goals, in a space that feels safe, non-judgemental and open to fostering healing and growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy comes from a humanistic approach and utilizes a wide range of tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Person Centered and Structural interventions, as well as others. I work with clients to guide them through developing a deeper sense of understanding, exploring what will help them and providing tools to manage challenges.

*For scheduling, please message me so that we can find an appointment time that works for you.
