Great to meet you!
In providing care, I think it is necessary to look at our whole selves, including our thoughts, feelings, social connections, herstories and histories, our fears and our dreams, as a path is charted to joy and fulfillment.

In providing care, I think it is necessary to look at our whole selves, including our thoughts, feelings, social connections, herstories and histories, our fears and our dreams, as a path is charted to joy and fulfillment.
I use a holistic approach drawing primarily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing to help in identifying and defining current concerns and developing personalized plans to resolve them. I am also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement and Desensitization and Reprocessing), which has been found helpful in the treatment of trauma, anxiety, and depression.
I believe in the use of intentional and purposeful conversation to heal old wounds, and also exploring means of actively engaging in life to support a life full of rich and powerful experiences.
