Great to meet you!

I provide therapy anchored in acceptance, curiosity, and exploring a deeper understanding of the self. I have experience with many populations but am most specialized in treating adults experiencing anxiety, overwhelm and stress, or living with a chronic illness/autoimmune disorder.

My approach to therapy

I believe the most important part of life is finding out what’s meaningful and important to us and using that knowledge to create our unique paths. No matter what symptoms or diagnosis you show up with, I want to work closely with you to find a new and more helpful way forward. While I am trained in and practice many evidence-based modalities (ACT, CBT, IFS, DBT), my first goal is to meet you where you’re at and tailor our sessions to exactly what you may need.

What you can expect from me

Like most therapists, I will spend our first session asking a lot of questions – but this curiosity will continue to be part of our work together for as long as you are in my care. I value ongoing feedback and transparency built on a foundation of trust and humor. There are no rights and wrongs in self-discovery - please show up to every session exactly as you are!
