Great to meet you!

My name is Abi and I live in northern Minnesota. I love spending time on my bike, with my dogs, or traveling the world in search of delicious food. I have an MSW and am currently working on an MBA. I've been in the mental health field for nearly 9 years and I've worked with all ages throughout that time. I enjoy working with young adults in a virtual space.

My approach to therapy

Therapy in my "office" is always client driven. I enjoy getting to know clients and building strong rapport and a therapetic relationship to best determine which modality/approach will be most effective. Regardless of modality, you can always expect a little humor throughout the journey.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a 50-60 minute session focused on exploring several aspects of their lives that are impacting their life both positively and negatively. We will also explore some preliminary goals for therapy and our time together.
