Great to meet you!

I strive to create a space where clients feel safe, heard, supported, and empowered to grow. My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in honesty, compassion, and accountability. I value building a strong therapeutic relationship and believe that healing happens when clients feel both understood and gently challenged.

I work with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, chronic illness, relationship challenges, life transitions, stress, and self-esteem concerns. I also enjoy supporting clients who are coping with family conflict, workplace stress, attachment concerns, and emotional overwhelm.

Clients can expect me to be supportive, validating, and down to earth, while also helping them explore patterns, build coping skills, strengthen boundaries, and move toward meaningful change. My goal is for clients to leave sessions feeling more grounded, clear, and connected to themselves.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and grounded in honesty, compassion, and accountability. I strive to create a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard and understood, while also being gently challenged to explore patterns, shift unhelpful thinking, and move toward meaningful change.

I draw from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and attachment-based interventions. I tailor therapy to each client’s needs, goals, and life experiences, while helping them build coping skills, strengthen boundaries, improve emotional regulation, and deepen self-awareness.

I believe therapy should feel both supportive and productive. My goal is to help clients feel grounded, empowered, and better equipped to navigate life’s challenges with clarity and confidence.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect the first session to be a space for us to get to know one another and begin building a foundation for our work together. We will talk about what brought you to therapy, the challenges you are currently facing, and what you hope to gain from the process. I will also ask questions about your personal history, relationships, coping strategies, and any important life experiences that may help me better understand your needs.

My goal in the first session is to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel comfortable sharing at your own pace. We will also begin discussing goals for therapy and what support may look like moving forward. You do not need to have everything figured out before your first session—showing up is enough, and we can take it one step at a time together.
