My name is Rachel Couillard, and I am a Board-Certified Art Therapist who also holds licenses in NJ as a Professional Counselor and Professional Art Therapist. I work with older adolescents, emerging adults, and seasoned adults who are exploring different aspects of their identity, including gender, career, relationship/sexuality. He is a Board-Certified Family Psychiatric Mental Health Practitioner with a wealth of experience treating all populations adolescents, adult, and geriatric populations. Dr. Oyem earned his Bachelor of Science from New Jersey City University in 2008. His Master of Science was earned in 2017 from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Doctorate Degree from Chatham University in 2024. Dr. Oyem also has a Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree (DDS) that he earned from Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife Nigeria in 1998.

Dr. Kingsley O. Oyem works in several facilities and agencies, including GenPsych, RWJBanabas Health Jersey City Medical Center Acute Inpatient Psychiatry, Greystone Psychiatric Hospital, Serenity at Summit Inpatient Detox, and residential facility. He is a Clinical Professor to DNP, MSN ,BSN and PA students pursuing their Doctorate, Postgraduate, graduate and undergraduate degree programs in American Universities.

I have worked with individuals and families of various cultures, ages, socio-economic status, beliefs and educational backgrounds for more than 25 years. My experience has been that this approach provides for the most effective and enduring change.

I am Paula George, Psychiatric Mental Health and Family Nurse Practitioner . My education and experience have equipped me to offer the necessary services for people with mental health problems. I'm open-minded while I perform outpatient comprehensive care, care coordination, supportive therapy and referrals for specialty treatment. I take pleasure in creating a caring, comfortable , empathetic environment , offering a non-judgmental listening ear to all my clients.

I am a psychiatric nurse practitioner with 19 years of practice experience both as a registered nurse and nurse practitioner. I am dedicated to exemplary patient outcomes and following all necessary treatment with the use of evidence-based practice.
