Great to meet you!

Are you a woman feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or experiencing burnout and unsure of what comes next? You may sense that life could feel better, or you may be wondering if it ever will. Being a woman today comes with unique challenges, and you don’t have to navigate them alone. I offer compassionate therapy for women ages 18 and older throughout Michigan via telehealth, including college and graduate students navigating academic, social, and life transitions.

As a licensed professional counselor, I help women manage anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I specialize in supporting college and graduate students with academic stress, relationships, identity, and uncertainty about the future, as well as women navigating motherhood and work related stress.

You deserve support that honors who you are and a therapeutic approach that helps you move forward. Please reach out to get started. I look forward to meeting you.

My approach to therapy

I believe in a holistic and personalized approach to therapy incorporating a variety of evidence-based practices.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin building a comfortable, trusting relationship. We’ll spend some time talking about what brought you to therapy, what you’re hoping to gain from the process, and any goals or concerns you’d like to share. I’ll also ask some questions to learn more about you, your experiences, and what has been going on in your life.

There’s no pressure to have everything figured out or to share more than you feel ready to. This session is simply a starting point where we can begin understanding your needs and decide together how therapy can best support you moving forward.
