Great to meet you!

As a therapist with six years of experience, I've had the privilege of working with a wide variety of individuals and backgrounds. I'm especially passionate about supporting teenagers and young adults as they navigate life's challenges and transitions. My background includes crisis management and treating concerns such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, and trauma. I strive to create a welcoming, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and focused on both insight and practical change. I draw from evidence-based methods like CBT, CPT, trauma informed care, and attachment theory to help clients better understand their experiences while building tools they can use in everyday life. I believe therapy should be a space to process challenges and also develop the skills that create lasting progress outside of sessions. I aim to empower clients to feel confident, capable, and supported as they navigate their journey.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, welcoming space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. We'll spend time getting to know what brings you in, and I'll work to ensure you leave feeling some sense of relief and clarity. Together, we'll begin outlining a plan for moving forward, including the approaches that may best support your goals. Most importantly, you can expect a collaborative experience where your voice matters. You are an equal partner in your care every step of the way.
