Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker and received my MSW from NYU. I have worked primarily in mental health clinics helping clients navigate depression, anxiety and major life transitions. I have specialized training in disordered eating and body image from The Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy.

My approach to therapy

I understand the impact that culture, traditional values, and generational trauma can have on our day to day functioning and our ability to form healthy/secure relationships. I view mental health from a holistic standpoint and often encourage my patients to look at the ways in which their mind, body, environment, and history interact.

What you can expect from me

I strive to work collaboratively with my clients to identify behavior patterns keeping them stuck, learn to set healthy boundaries with others, and challenge negative thinking patterns. Using a psychodynamic and attachment-based approach, I offer a judgement free space to sort through the complexities of your relationships and feelings.
